Description: Note that, in R2, such a tax rate as 7.5% would be converted to 1.075, because the "1" "keeps" the "tax" consistently. To change it to your city or state tax, simply replace 1.075 (7.5%) to a different one. For example, if your tax rate is 8.5%, then replace 1.075 for 1.085. This calculator is NOT perfect, but close enough. In R3, estimate total cost to the nearest cent.
